Illinois requirements for post-license brokers
- Hours Required: 45
- Approval: Our school is approved by the IDFPR’s Division of Real Estate to offer the 45- hour real estate post-license courses. Our course numbers are 513.002119, 513.002120 and 513.002121
- Reporting: Your course hours will be reported to the IDFPR’s Division of Real Estate.
- Certificate of Completion: You will be provided with a certificate for each of the broker post-license courses upon completion.
- Time Constraints: You have until your first license renewal to complete the required 45- hours of post-license broker courses.

If you received your license on or after August 9, 2019 then you are required to take all three courses. If you received your license before August 9, 2019 please contact our customer service team for more details at support@pdhacademy.com or at (888) 564-9098.
Do you offer any classroom Illinois real estate post broker license courses?
No. We only offer the 45-hours of post-license broker courses online. We do not offer any classroom post-license courses. We find that most students prefer to complete their education on their computer, smartphone or tablet.
Do you provide certificates of completion when I finish the post-licensing courses?
Yes, you will receive a certificate of completion for each course you successfully completed.
After I complete my broker post-license courses do I send my Illinois broker renewal application to you?
No. You will renew your broker license with Illinois Board. Follow this link to the IDFPR Online License Renewal website.
Where do I login if I already purchased the broker post-license 45-hour bundle?
After you purchased the bundle you will receive an email with a link and access token to register yourself. To log back in click here and use your email address/username and password you set up.
