- Hours Required: 45
- Approval: Approval: Our school is approved by the IDFPR’s Division of Real Estate to offer the 45- hours real estate pre-license managing broker courses. Our course numbers are 513.002122 and 513.002123.
- Reporting: Your course hours will be reported to the IDFPR’s Division of Real Estate.
- Certificate of Completion: You will be provided with certificates for each course you complete.
- Time Constraints: You have two (2) years to pass the state exam after completing the managing broker pre-license courses.

Upon completion, you will be provided with a certificate for each of the managing broker pre-license courses.
After I complete my managing broker pre-licensing courses, do I send my Illinois state managing broker application to you?
No. You will send in your broker license application to the Illinois Division of Real Estate. The application provided by the IDFPR Division of Real Estate will include information on where you need to send your application.
