- Hours Required: 75
- Approval: Our school is approved by the IDFPR’s Division of Real Estate to offer the 75-hour real estate pre-license course(s). Our course numbers are 513.002117 and 513.002118
- Reporting: Your course hours will be reported to the IDFPR’s Division of Real Estate.
- Certificate of Completion: You will receive a certificate of completion for each pre-license course you successfully complete. The certificates can be printed immediately.
- Time Constraints: You have two (2) years to pass the state exam after completing the pre-licensing courses.
