To become a real estate agent in Michigan, the following requirements must be met:

How Do I Apply for My Michigan Real Estate License?
Your first step is to complete the Michigan 40-hour pre-licensing course. You can apply for your license within 36 months of completing the 40-hour pre-license course. You can apply online at www.michigan.gov/miplus. The application fee is $88.
After you have applied for your license, you can register to take the Michigan real estate exam.
How Do I Schedule My Exam?
To schedule your exam, visit the PSI website at www.psiexams.com. The exam fee is $79.
What Can I Expect During the Michigan Licensing Exam?
The Michigan Real Estate exam contains 115 questions, and you will need a 70% in order to pass. You will have 180 minutes to complete the exam. You will also receive your score report immediately upon completing the exam.
