There are three courses that you must successfully complete before you apply for a real estate salesperson license, known as “Course I,” “Course II,” and “Course III.” Each course consists of 30 hours of instruction. You must successfully complete Course I before taking the salesperson’s state examination. You must successfully complete Course II and Course III before applying for your license.
Yes. You must have a high school diploma or its equivalent to apply for a real estate license in Nevada.
Yes. You must be 18 year of age before applying for a Minnesota real estate license.
No. We only offer the 90-hours of pre-licensing salesperson courses online. We do not offer any classroom pre-licensing courses to obtain your Minnesota real estate license. We find that most students prefer to complete their education on their computer, smartphone or tablet.
Yes, once you complete the courses online you will be able to immediately print your certificates.
No, the 90-hours of coursework (Course I, Course II and Course III) do not have timers. You will work through the modules for all three courses at your own pace and pass the quizzes and Check Points in all three courses.
After I complete my pre licensing course(s), do I send my state Minnesota real estate salesperson application to you?
No. You will first need to choose a sponsoring broker. The sponsoring broker submits your license application on your behalf to the Minnesota Commerce Department. The application provided by the Minnesota Commerce Department provides additional instructions on working with your sponsoring broker to submit your application for approval.
