Nevada Real Estate Continuing Education Requirements
Persons renewing a real estate license in Nevada must take continuing education (CE) before renewing the real estate license itself.
- First-time renewals require the completion of a special 30-hour post-license course in a live classroom format (with limited exceptions).
- Subsequent renewals must complete 36 credit hours of CE courses every 2 years. At least half of your credit hours must be taken in a live classroom setting (NOTE: Current COVID rules allow for an online webinar format as a substitute).
