Yes, as of October 1, 2021 Nevada will require applicants for a salesperson license to have 120 hours of pre license education, currently the requirement is 90 hours. PDH Academy will be updating our course per the new Nevada requirements. As of October 1, 2021 our pre license course will consist of the required 120 hours.
Yes, absolutely. Any applicant for a Nevada salesperson license needs only 90 hours of pre license education, but you must complete your pre license education and apply for your license prior to October 1, 2021. After October 1, 2021 applicants will be required to have completed 120 hours of pre license education to be approved for a salesperson license in Nevada.
Yes. You must have a high school diploma or its equivalent to apply for a real estate license in Nevada.
Yes. You must be 18 year of age before applying for a Nevada real estate license.
No. We only offer the 90-hour pre-licensing salesperson course online. We do not offer a classroom pre-licensing course to obtain your Nevada real estate license. We find that most students prefer to complete their education on their computer, smartphone or tablet.
No, the 90-hour course does not have timers. You will work through all the course modules at your own pace and pass the quizzes and Check Points In the 90-hour course.
No. You will apply for your salesperson license through the Nevada Department of Business and Industry Real Estate Division. The application provided by the Nevada Real Estate Division will include information on where you need to send your application.
