Oklahoma has more man-made lakes than any other state, with over one million surface acres of water. And in the southern half of the state you will also find four mountain ranges: Ouachita, Arbuckle, Wichita and Kiamichi. But if the scenery isn’t enough, you’ll also find some incredible southern food.

How Do I Apply for My Oklahoma Real Estate License?

- License application
- Background check
- Proof of citizenship
- Evidence of citizenship
- Certificate of completion
- Passport photo
To apply for a Provisional Sales Associate (PSA) license, you must submit evidence to the Commission that you have completed a 90-hour basic real estate course. A PSA is an entry level licensee under the supervision of a real estate broker. All education must be completed within 36 months prior to application.
A background check is required for a license application. You can schedule an appointment to provide your fingerprints through IdentoGO with the required $60 fee.
The Real Estate Commission must receive all completed documents, including the application, completed fingerprint card, passport photo, proof of citizenship, evidence of citizenship, and proof of education. The application fee is $75 for a Provisional Sales Associate license.
The Real Estate Commission needs to receive the real estate license application before you can register for the exam. When the Commission receives the appropriate documents, they will check the application to ensure it is complete. Once approved, the Commission will notify both you and PSI of the approval, and then you can schedule your exam.
Once you pass the state exam and obtain your PSA license, you must complete a 45-hour post-license course within the first year of obtaining your license. Once you have provided the Commission with proof of completing a post-licensing course and your application form and $165 fee, you will be issued a Sales Associate (SA) license.
